An applet is a software program that, unlike a regular program, is executed by the internet browser and not from your desktop. The software sits on a web page and when a user visits that page it will automatically be launched. More precisely, our product enables visitors of your website to have some online chat with each other.

As mentionned just above, it is not some software that you launch from your desktop like a IM Messenger you may know. If you purchase our product, you must have a website from where the applet will be launched.

Anyone owning a website who wants to interact with their users, wether it be for some personal or professional reasons. Plus it is relatively simple to install and configure.

Some guidelines will be included in the download package after you've completed the purchase form. Basically, you have a archive file (the program itself) and some configuration files to change so the applet does what YOU want. Colors, interface wording, chat network parameters as well as the language can be changed at will. Once you have it, you just enjoy it.

There are many sites explaining it to you online. You simply choose your host, the name (domain), pay up and get going. We do not provide web hosting services. Make a quick internet search to find out the best web hosts and compare the prices and their services. If you're an absolute beginner and just want a small personal website to set up your applet in, the cheapest will do ;-)

We recommend you upload the files that are in the "QUICK SETUP" folder in the .ZIP file (after extracting them from the .ZIP). It's fast and when you have time, you look through the parameters files in order to change everything you need.

Configure the different parameters files as well as edit the applet tags on your website. Everything is explained in the guide. Once you are done, you upload the parameters file and the applet files (the ones that are in the FULL SET UP folder) onto your webhost.
